We are conducting a research study to better understand patient-provider communication, particularly in disclosing and discussing sexuality and HIV risk behaviors and potential ways we can improve that process to be connected to HIV prevention tools.

You may be eligible if you are 18+ years of age, live in Arizona, and fit into one of the following categories:

1. you are a primary care provider (MD, DO, PA, DNP)

2. you are a PrEP care coordinator

3. you are a person who injects drugs
